Project is in the planning and testing phase

It is basically a MODEKO RESIDENTAL , adapted to flood-prone areas. This is, technologically speaking, a completely new form suitable for hardly implementable construction on flood-prone areas. During the floods and high waters the module becomes a floating house and adapts to the rising water.

For purposes of living in these units we have prepared architecture and construction projects – especially modules up to 100 m2 – to satisfy the needs of a relatively small market (niche) at minimal construction and implementation costs, and appropriate architectural and technological solutions. These ideas will be upgraded to implementation level.

The following units will be available:

• for 2, 4 or 8 people, up to 30m2 in size
• large detached house with all necessary infrastructure attachments, up to 100m2 in size
• all modules will are energy-efficient
