Modeko MOBILE – bungalow

With a simple and modern MODEKO BUNGALOW, a product of engineering, architectural and designer knowledge and the use of eco materials we wish to fulfil the needs and demands for fast and quality residence for all forms of occasional, simple and safe dwelling in an urban or natural environment .

With this in mind, we at PILLAR d.o.o. have designed BUNGALOW, a solution suitable for effective expansion of residential capacity at home as well as in campsites, tourist farms, spas, tourist camps and other tourist destinations.

Production is of the highest quality, the structure is made from surface treated and appropriately insulated massive plywood panels. BUNGALOW can be constructed on any terrain; it can even be placed on an undercarriage with wheels. All interior installations are in the walls or wall-mounted, and windows and doors are of appropriate quality. If equipped with solar modules on the roof, the bungalow becomes self-sustainable in a natural environment and independent of expensive electric energy. The facade is made entirely from larch wood and is ventilated.

All wooden components are protected with eco coatings for protection from weather conditions, wood fungi and wood attacking insects. Wooden terracing and/or wooden pergola are available as accessories. As per buyer's instructions, we can provide quality and modern furniture and also a range of sanitary equipment to choose from. Transport of pre-assembled or disassembled units is quick and easy even to the more remote and hardly accessible locations. One truck can transport two assembled or up to 8 disassembled units at the same time to a buyer's location.
